Re: My Marshall JMP 1987 clone. Sound clip. The Unchained Riff (of course).
No master volume. Partly because I have the Power Station, but partly because I am not sure if I want a master volume, or if I do; what type. There's several, each with their pros and cons. All of them change the sound of the amp, but then again so does the Power Station. Another option is power sc...

Re: My Marshall JMP 1987 clone. Sound clip. The Unchained Riff (of course).
You're speaking my language with that tone. Sounds great! Cheers. It's getting there. It's partly down to how the lad is playing the riff. He's got the thing we need to sound good. The thing some players just have and others like me have to work hard to get. Lucky him. I am thinking of ordering one...

Re: Is there a power supply with 16v AC outputs?
Most of the low voltage valve pedals seem to run on 12-15 volts, like the Radial stuff and the Mesa Boogie V Twin. There is a theory that the valve behaves just as well being starved as being overdriven, but the starved theory came under attack when some manufacturers put a valve in for fun with LE...

Re: Is there a power supply with 16v AC outputs?
That’s a good thing right? As apposed to some other tube overdrives that run at 9v DC and aren’t really doing much? After playing it this morning live I’m pretty happy with it actually. Has a more natural top end to it. It might stay for now. Yes. In my opinion, it is nothing but a marketing tube u...

Re: Changing a normally open FS to normally closed
As suggested, the easiest way is to replace the NO switches with the NC type. Finding the correct footprint might be an issue however.
