Re: Fender Tonemaster Princeton

If Fender made the Tonemasters more versatile and less expensive, they would not sell many. This is the amp for the man who wants a real Fender amp, without the weight and the valves. He wants it to do what a Fender valve amp does, no more or less; and he wants to pay good money for it. And that ma...

Re: NGD - But sadly not mine….

but with the band playing no one but me will notice the difference. Apart from the one guy at the back of the gig who keeps staring at you and comes up afterwards to make some comment about your tone, which quickly turns into him spending the next 45 minutes telling you about all of his gear. Glad ...

Re: Fender Tonemaster Princeton

I'm not sure why they went with the Princeton Reverb next when they already do a lightweight Tone Master Deluxe Reverb with power scaling down to 0.5 watts. To me they already have the portable Blackface combo covered. Yes, the Princeton definitely has a lot of fans, but they could have given the T...

Re: Fender Tonemaster Princeton

If it weas trem, why did the Fender footswitch say "Vib"! Great idea. Good for gigs. It's its own thing, rather than a perfect repro of a PR. That reverb doesn't sound like the original...and the overdrive sound is, nah. Such a shame. The overdriven sound of a Princeton can be wonderful. ...

Re: NGD - But sadly not mine….

The neck pickup Is somewhere I could live for days (I have never said that before). At one end of the scale is a lovely Blues wail and at the other, delicate acoustic guitar, rich in harmonics and drifting on seemingly endless sustain. It also punched me in the ears and tried to rip my head off. I ...

There's no online presence I can find, but they're on Perry Street opposite the Craft Burger Kitchen.
Internet connectivity hasn't made it that deep into the Wairarapa.

Automatically correcting any intonation problems... And my bends. Mine are adventures; I launch into them with little idea of where I'll end up. It's safest to bend up from the fourth when you're playing a minor blues. Pretty much any microtone between there are the fifth will work

The prospect of perfectly aligned pedals is not something my board has considered.

Re: Show us your pedalboard

The dirt to end all dirt huh? I'm likely to stick with a Timmy and a Klone because I understand how to make them work. Nah, I just get warm fuzzy feelings when I see all the Strymon pedals perfectly aligned on my board. The prospect of perfectly aligned pedals is not something my board has consider...
