Thought I'd bung one of these on my Heritage H530 ( Casino ). Shipping being insanely expensive on small items I bought two. Joke's on me though as the Heritage has a somewhat unique bridge system which the bar is incompatible with. Soooo if anyone has a Bigsby they'd like to hold the strings down ...

Regarding your Tele. I have found string retainers on the headstock can impact tuning. Particularly the vintage round brass variety which may not be applicable to you. I've got lava stuff on my board too. Found it difficult to assemble functioning cables until I started using a ruler to precisely cut them to the manufacturers spec. Now they all work first time. May not apply to you though...

Deoxit do a version called I think fader cleaner. Intended for mixing desk faders etc. I have been informed that other cleaners leave a residue. The fader cleaner doesn't.
