Re: On the Hunt for a Stool

What about a double bass seat slowly? Back rest, foot rest and stool. images (17).jpeg Thinking this through out loud: I imagine being pretty much at standing height. I'm still ok playing standing up but post surgery, I never regained full motor control over my left leg. It's too inaccurate to work...

Tone is in the compressed vertebrae
Wait... is that how guitarist achieve "natural" squishy compression? I thought that's from toobs and such?

Re: The Kemper Thread

How do you find the headrush? It works okay for me. I used it for the AX8 too. The only complaints I have are... it's bloody loud and a smidge thumpy. Had to EQ that output slightly differently. TBH I probably would've been better with the 108. Yeah I had one a couple years ago, and also thought it...

Re: The Kemper Thread

Still love mine. I wish it was easier to operate, but totally worth the time investment. Hah! You're the first on the forum I have seen utter anything slightly negative about the UI/UX! Glad I'm not the only one  "Easier" is a relative term. What are you comparing it with? Anothe...

Re: The Kemper Thread

Still have my Kemper Stage. Still haven't really grown as accustomed to the UX as I had with my AX8. It's here to stay though, happy with all the things I need from it. Either that, or I just can't be arsed learning new UX/UI. Low gain/edge of breakup is where I live too, either something tweedy, o...

Re: Forums have been slow, how about a 'In the mail' thread?

Getting digital noise on my pedal board since adding a Strymon Iridium and have proved it to my Caline PSU. I'd love a Strymon Zuma but really cant afford it so am giving this Lilt ISP12 a shot. Not much online about it but specs look good, fingers crossed... The "sag" feature looks inter...

A glimpse into Oleg's Emporium Of Wonders... Just realised I haven't bought anything from you for the longest time! Would you like me to send you an inventory update :-) That is a joke, just to be clear. I have not been buying and selling so much over the last 2-3 years, in part because I have not ...

An invisible pedalboard, I've seen it all now! :mental:
My thought too :)
Naaah... I'd like to think Nik took inspiration from the "infinity pool", and now has an infinite (at least room-sized) pedal board!

Re: Forums have been slow, how about a 'In the mail' thread?

In expecting to get a couple of new toys later this week. Strymon NightSky ( ), Boss MD-500 and Boss GT-100. The first two will be for my main board. The GT-100 will be my office headphone rig initially, and allow my to dip my toes into huge multifx powerhouses. The board will now have two ...
