I like his playing. Obviously grounded in Hendrix and SRV. That said, I have lately come to feel like I've been listening to the same solo for forty years.

Played a SVL Strat the other day. Felt lovely. Just recently I played a a pre-CBS Jaguar (or was it a Jazzmaster?). Anyway, that neck felt similar in its played-inidness. Just lovely.

The SVL chap is also Pete Townsend's tech. Production halts when The Who are on tour.

I maintain that an LP Jr, set up well, is possibly the only guitar you'll ever need. Thankfully, we all know that's rubbish. Congrats. Really nice looking guitar.
