If this is still relevant check out the Blackstar range of heads, they have a Series One, which gives both Marshall and Mesa Tones and has a built in Attenuator depending on what version you get. 200w goes down to 20w, the 100w goes down to 10 and the 45w combo goes down to 4.5w. I like his Rock 'n' Roll album, good quality stuff in my books has an old feel goodtime rock to it but still kicks it with the modern sound.
