You should just buy the Custom Shop 65 Firebird V on TradeMe :winky:

My nan used to say "you only get so many beats, don't go using them all up too fast" I should live to over 100 I reckon ;-)

Fun Fact:

Whippets have arrhythmic or even intermittent heart beats when they are at rest, its natural for them but it does catch out the odd vet or two.
Had a friend who had one and it was always twitchy or nervous, maybe related?
It was only like that when you were around it :winky:

Love how we managed to get from selling a Gibson R9 to the cardiac properties of Whippets in a single thread.

Re: Dumble V2. No updates yet.

Are you using an existing schematic? This one looks cool: https://el34world.com/Forum/index.php?topic=24028.0 I would mod the split switch though, move and add another 0.01uF cap to keep the high voltage DC off of the front panel switch, its safer and and the switch will last longer. Re: 2019 R9 1959 Custom Shop Les Paul *SOLD*

I'd second that... I have used the Tone Studio to set some global EQ options, effects and to put the FX loop after the reverb so it works properly with my looper. Pretty much everything else I do is through the front of the amp. I think I've only plugged my laptop in twice maybe three times since I...

Re: 2019 R9 1959 Custom Shop Les Paul *SOLD*

There have been numerous points in time where, reflecting back at snapshot of my gear / toys, I should've / could've easily put a full stop right there and been perfectly sorted for a lifetime of playing. But I didn't and so the gear-go-round became a habit that I think I've long since stopped enjo...

Re: PG Spark users thread

It is a practice tool though, so does it really matter that much ? Its not like it has to cut through a band or anything. Perhaps its EQ'd like that so your guitar sounds reasonable jamming along to Spotify/Apple Music.

Re: PG Spark users thread

I was 50/50 when thinking about buying one, I'm not too fussed with gear that needs an App. But thought I may as well give it a go as it should be easy enough to sell on without too much loss. Especially if the introductory price ends soon. Having something smaller than the Katana Artist to move aro...

Re: PG Spark users thread

I took the plunge and ordered one, I'm thinking it will be a useful practice tool to use alongside the Katana. I shall put the Trio+ back on TradeMe I think.
