V6 essentially has less gain (there's still plenty), a tamed reverb, tamed tremolo and a huge reduction of the inherent idle hum that was caused by the V2 (mixer) cathod...

Re: Oscilloscopes

I find fixing things frustrating, satisfying and cathartic. I seem to care about it more and more!
EDIT: I've just read Rog's post about mortality and can see how easily this could change.

Just a bit but not a lot. It's usually the cad processing that adds a bit more haha
Good to know :)

The endless pursuit - high volume, hard pushed amp tone at bedroom volumes.

Re: Anyone tried this telecaster bridge?

Good for a modern Tele radius (9.5").
Not sure it will work for Bigsby as the strings will touch on the back of the bridge plate. You might need to file it down.
Callaham has a great Tele bridge for Bigsby that I've used. Spendy though.

Re: How many watts is your home/bedroom amp?

I met him once when I popped into his shop. He seemed great then but I can understand now how hard it would be to make a living as an amp tech from rented premises. P wrecks alot of decent people.
