Re: Recommend me a reverse guitar pedal.
There's a reverse setting on my Flashback but it's a one trick pony. Are there any pedals that are good for this without being too complex/expensive? I'm not sure I understand this entirely. Are you saying the reverse function on the Flashback isn't versatile enough? Yes. Can't get the effect to qu...

Re: On the Hunt for a Stool
That's the concept exactly. I wonder if it could be adapted...H671 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 23, 2023 2:14 pm What about one of theses adapted to fit a mike stand.

Re: On the Hunt for a Stool
Bruce, instead of a stool, you should replace all your pedals with MIDI controllable equivalents, and program MIDI sequences to control your board. You’ll just need to make your drummer play to a click track, never vary your arrangements/song structures, and learn how to program MIDI. Simple. :mrgr...

Re: On the Hunt for a Stool
What about a double bass seat slowly? Back rest, foot rest and stool. images (17).jpeg Thinking this through out loud: I imagine being pretty much at standing height. I'm still ok playing standing up but post surgery, I never regained full motor control over my left leg. It's too inaccurate to work...

Re: On the Hunt for a Stool
You are welcome to try this out. If you like it, it is yours. Height adjustable, rotates and should fit your bottom size. It needs a clean and the vinyl is torn at places but other than that does what you are asking for. 20230122_133014.jpg Thanks Jean, but I'm not carting that around. Hey, it is r...

Re: On the Hunt for a Stool
I have one of those fold up Ibanez ones, sits nicely in my wardrobe folded up, it also has fold out legs so you can use it as a guitar stand too... might be worth a look into? https://www.musicworks.co.nz/guitar-stands-new/imc50fs-ibanez-imc50fs-chair-guitar-stand/ Legend JB, that's exactly the thi...

On the Hunt for a Stool
Jb, Don't. Due to age and surgeries, my balance is not what it used to be. I can no longer stand, play and operate a pedalboard simultaneously. So I intend to sit. On a tallish stool. Something to support my bum so I can fiddle with the board with my good leg without creating an undignified scene. S...

Re: Badlands Guitar Company
I guess it might still be important in the US, but it means nothing to me. QC is such now that I really don't care what country it is bolted together in. The Artist super Strat I got for $289 delivered is so well made and finished its criminal paying that little for it! How is it? You haven't done ...

Re: Do pickups matter for high gain tone?
I'd watch that video but Glenn's style of presentation is like nails on a blackboard to me. Don't bother, it's total click bait and even though he's done his best to hide the differences with each pickup with an awful, overly saturated tone no-one would actually record with, I can still clearly hea...
