If anyone's still interested, you can get H/B sized P-90s which are pretty damned good; I have a set of Kent Armstrong P90s in an old Vantage Avenger 325 which sound epic, and certainly lose nothing to a P90 equipped 1970s Aria Pro II Double-cut copy...

His output with John Mayall was exceptional, and he took that into Cream and Blind Faith, both outfits I listen to/have covered/really like, but - and this probably means I haven't grown musically since then - I really am ambivalent about his output since then! Inoffensive, bland pop music in the 70...

Aria Pro II ST1512. In Westport. For $400 in 1987, so the guitar was pretty fresh. Played it, went away to think about it for about an hour... went back for it...
