Yeah permaStrap is a bit fart, but it’s secure.

I have one for sale if anyone is interested.Molly wrote: Hate the strap being a permanent fixture. Especially hate those plastic, clip-in/-out DiMarzio jobbies.
Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

More Jordans and some Nike Free OG 14's as well... might need to sell some guitar gear to fit a few more of my shoes in my wardrobe

Joking aside, the DS looks like such a cool amp. Would happily pop one atop my Marshall 2x12.
Loving it so far

Mr Badger has held onto his for way longer than any other amp so it must be good!StratMatt wrote:Molly wrote:Friedman DS Mini & cab landed today. Victory sold. One in, one out.

This beastie is coming my way, a straight swap for my Warwick Streamer LX.
A rather rare bird too - a white HH 5er Musicman Reflex.
Have been realising that I’ve been after a good 5er for a while as I play a lot in a church context where the low B and C I’ve been faking with an octave down pedal.
Also, although I actually bought that Warwick back for sentimental reasons, I’d really moved on from that sound and feel, much preferring the Musicman style of tone and instrument shape. Sad to see it go but I’d played it live once in a year, whereas the Stingray and Jazz got all the airtime.

Looks pretty nuts. What do all the switches do?

Heh, lots.Single coil wrote:Looks pretty nuts. What do all the switches do?
Back two pots are stacked bass/treble, low mid/high mid, front two are passive tone and volume.
Back push button is active/ passive, next is series/parallel, then the front two are bridge and neck bucker, both on for both, both out for inner coils of each.
So any position you can have active EQ or passive tone, as well series or parallel.

Probably just works on a flat fee, no matter what you buy, like Thomann (which is 50 Euro).
