Looks good enough to eat, wonder if that's the measure of a good guitar.

That looks rather nice. Not a huge fan of CAR but I've looked at that one with its tasteful ageing on several occasions and approve greatly.
Happy NGD.
If it needs babysitting etc.etc.
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

CAR's far from my favourite too but, as you say, the aging on this one makes a difference.Slowy wrote:That looks rather nice. Not a huge fan of CAR but I've looked at that one with its tasteful ageing on several occasions and approve greatly.

CAR is actually one of my favourites. That price, however, is far from it...

Two guitars turned up today. Then I casually mentioned something to the Mrs about the tracking update on another that's due tomorrow.
I think there's a fine line between 'showing an interest' and expressing concern about the amount of guitars I've been buying, and today my Mrs crossed it... LOL. It's all in the tone and delivery: "So, what guitar is this...?"

Just give her a compliment and tell her you are still looking for the right guitar and that once you went through women like guitars.
When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.

Christ, if I'd ever gone through women like I go through guitars my cock would've fallen off.jvpp wrote:Just give her a compliment and tell her you are still looking for the right guitar and that once you went through women like guitars.
