He's saying as long as you don't overpay then you should be able to sell it and get most of your money back.

The advantage of buying second hand is that you're more likely to be able to resell for what you paid. If you buy new you're pretty much guaranteed to lose money when you sell it. So don't buy new unless you think you'll be holding onto it for a while.

Well just as well I already have been doing that for years with vinyl records never pay current market value is my rule so I can always turn around and make some easy dollars
