I hate big concerts, unless I'm close to the stage in a comfy seated position  just don't like all those strange humans pushing into me constantly... Need my personal space!!

Big concerts are exactly that, I was standing in the crowd at G'n'R at Western Springs last year thinking "why the fuck is this fun, again?".

Small clubs when the band and crowd are going off is still awesome though.
yep all of this. But I find now that not being in the "pit" really takes away from enjoying the concert for me. Sat in the stands at both Motley and Sabbath and honestly it was great being able to just sit back and listen but I really didn't feel like I was part of the experience of a good concert...but the share thought of being up front is just totally off putting now. Probably the reason I haven't had much interest in going to more recent concerts

He got to cut loose four or five times and it sounded like very competent rapid lead playing.

of all the female pop artists she the only one I have any respect for, she's got a certain spunk, FU attitude that isn't fake. got a solid family, doesn't shag round or do drugs, wrote some good songs amongst some average, hasn't let the record companies push her round, made the effort to learn some awesome trapeze stuff from a dvd a saw of a previous tour so can't say she's just winging it, crowd get there monies worth
the funhouse tour dvd looked like it was a great show and the acoustic cover of babe Im gonna leave you was great

The first 2 times I saw Sabbath I had seated tickets. For the 3rd time I thought might as well go for GA for one last time, regretted that as soon as I got into the venue.

Just got home from P!nk. That was an amazing show. Theatrics at the expense of a vocal performance maybe, but fuck it, I can put on a CD to hear her sing any time. Set, visuals, dancing, acrobatics etc, all great to watch.

Ears aren’t ringing too bad (had plugs in the whole night), was surrounded by shortys so had a good view from right in the middle, and very well entertained. Pretty great night out.

Was shouted a ticket to the Tuesday concert.
Her 6th night in Auckland and sold out.
Had no idea she's THAT popular.
She only has one song I can name, but I recognised many.
Wasn’t a fan before. Wouldn’t listen to her after. Modern pop not for me.
But I was certainly entertained. Everything jimi said.
Full cover of "Teen Spirit". Brought back memories. Better version than when I saw Nirvana do it.
18 women per 1 man? Yep.
My first Vector/Spark Arena concert with no queue at male toilet. Bonus.

problem with the bigger metal bands, brings all the tard-o-noobs to the pit.
There are still some that think the neck PU is moved to accommodate the extra frets which only proves they cannot detect the difference in length of each.
