Might as well join in...
Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Nice. Just heard 'Play the Game' on the radio - classic Queen. How did Freddie come up with all that?

Epic band. Always progressing, some dire stuff in the catalog but they were making it for themselves so full credit!

Wondering.... As a Mod, does flagrant bias in polls come under my jurisdiction?
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

 They'd make my Top10 of worst bands of all time

Check out the promo video of them on a train in the countryside. Maybe it's performance art/comedy I didn't understand.

I think the Duet Vocal w/ Bowie is very good. Freddie M gives an award winning rock vocal there. Gail Ann Dorsey does a good take on it.

Anyway, lots of people like them and they inspired others to play so good on them
