I'm watching You Tube Rick Beato series
I won't bore you guys with the Theory stuff but his song series is worth a look.
The Police one is hilarious given its always bugged me that I never 'felt in tune' and now I know why...

Robbie McIntosh demoing the Origin Effects SlideRIG (major gas). I like the tone he gets from his Stat and he's quite the player I must say. Nice sounds, nice playing.

that was a interesting one for sure, why he sung that note then deliberately dropped out of key, never noticed but once heard you can't unhear it, Genius triofoal30 wrote:I'm watching You Tube Rick Beato series

Funny, I watched that this afternoon and was going to post that suggesting you watch it! Yeah, tuning to halfway between G and Ab is a hassle.foal30 wrote:I'm watching You Tube Rick Beato series

Paging Mr Foal...years ago we discussed the lack of tracks with delay on bass and I don't think I described this one very well at all, pre-Darkside Pink Floyd:

No playing, just a very interesting and enlightening interview. This guy could seriously do some good in the world as a 'life coach'

My old band in the UK did a couple of support gigs with two German metal bands who were big back in Germany, they were... odd...jeremyb wrote:errrrrr
Not sure if they were serious or it was typical ultra-dry German humour, but they wouldn't tell me.

best part of that is the picture to the videojeremyb wrote:errrrrr
that folklore metal type metal should be great but in general it sucks. I don't get why they all seem to come across as joke bands. Bathory did the viking thing and it was "serious" music the was great ...... these types of bands need to stop the carnival type thing and make good heavy music that makes you go WOW that kicks ass
