The worst kept secret from PRS is finally officially out.

Who wants one? Form an elderly queue now....
Fixed.

I think it's horrible. Rather have a Brent Mason.

Nope. I'm out:
1. Not available in blue.
2. It's got that dick's name on the neck plate.

For me, pretty disappointing that after all the PRS models he was seen with, in the end he just got them to essentially make a Strat with a PRS headstock. Boring and dumb and obvious cash grab.

Well it apparently took Mr Mayer 2 years to refine this...he really needed to try a bit harder.

Yeah, is he that stuck on the strat body shape that he can't come up with something unique??? or is it a big fuck you to Fender?

Doesn't Mayer already have a reasonably priced signature PRS?

If this is just PRS pandering to Mayer's ego then that's as fucking disappointing as the guitar's execution itself. Where's the gap in the market? We're not exactly short on high-end Strats.

i'd say PRS is willing to take a risk even tho it looks like a big FAIL to many of us and well it's not like they're going bankrupt any time soon
