Saw the Dave K one a while back, wish my boss would let me pick out a black LP as a work expense!jeremyb wrote:
Watched the new Steven Wilson episode last night, found it quite interesting as I've been getting into a lot more of his stuff lately. Last couple of days I think I have played 'Your Wilderness' by The Pineapple Thief a good 5 or 6 times. It's a great album and it reminded to download his new one which I'll listen to tomorrow.
Good old Mexican Fender's aye!

Haha so do I usually but Steven Wilson is the exception. Had these albums on rotation for most of this week...Bg wrote:yeah but I ignore JB's taste in artistes
Blackfield - Blackfield V
The Pineapple Thief - Your Wilderness
Steven Wilson - To The Bone
Steven Wilson - Hand. Cannot. Erase
Just stunning, all of them.

Re: Rig Rundown
I've been frothing about him for years man, his solo stuff and porcupine tree, no man, blackfield etc... and no, he didn't ruin Opeth, he did some of their greatest albums with them but Mikael like Steven likes to make music for himself, and is a massive fan of 70s prog, so no surprises as to the direction he wentwillow13 wrote:...
