I found some shredding I actually like.
Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

In truth his sound on that doesn't surprise me, they've always had quite a fizzy guitar tone.

Yeah I don't know what they did when they recorded that amp but mine sounds nothing like that. I was trolling through RA100 vids and that one came up. I'm not a fan of Lamb of God at all but I thought his playing was pretty cool for a shredder.
