Haha that's fucking awesome. Brings back memories that does. Might get the band to learn that if we need to put in a little instrumental break.
It's one of those "sounds simple but there's some clever stuff hiding in there" pieces, I've always loved it.

I still remember the first time I watched Ren and Stimpy, trying to figure out just what the fuck I was watching... I thought it was pure mad genius, heavy on the mad :D

Overdosing on New Order

And Sade "Smooth Operator" which appears to have a minor/maj7 chord in the intro plus a bass solo in a 4 minute pop song. Genius!

Tragic Chch nerd has comprised a JD/NO set list

She's lost control
Shadowplay
Love will tear us apart
Ceremony (had forgotten how tricky that octave displacement feels)
Atmosphere
Transmission
///#####///
Age of Consent
Regret
Sunrise
Everyone Everywhere
Lonesome Tonight
Blue Monday
True Faith
///####///
B L Triangle
Fine Time
Broken Promise
Sub Culture
Temptation
Crystal
The Perfect Kiss

Lots of bass bits but some cracking tunes as well. Regret has a nice melody and Temptation could be a dance floor shitkicker

Cheers. If TG knows how to record stuff back onto the track I'll have a go. Btw do you know what the synthetic drums Hook uses in 'The Perfect Kiss' are called/made by? I have worked out the bassline but loving that drum break :lol:

Like the triplet Tom feel? Or the drum sound?

Do you play sounds then record it into the program or all the sounds already 'made'?
