Definitely a couple of sweet settings on that. I like that 'offspring' setting.Clanger wrote:I've been waiting for this to come out for months, to replace my BigSky. Not quite sold on it yet, after hearing a few demos, but still an impressive unit:

Wouldn't playing through a 10 watt Samick amp maxed out achieve the same result?kdawg2a wrote:That is killer. I WANT ONE!!!!!!!!!!! $180 usd.jeremyb wrote:In typical death by audio fashion....

Re: New pedals of epicness
Possibly, but this would make my Plexi sound like a blown up Samick amp. I think we can all agree that to do so is a noble goal.

Me too - I love that sound. Cool video too - great to watch him play. I remember an old guitar world mag where he called that octave chord the "pumpkin chord" - so many letters the next issue slamming him and telling him that it was used earlier by Hendrix etc. Those people must have hated having to wait a month before being heard! Re: New pedals of epicness
I was planning on waiting for these to be released but even as cool as it sounds in that short demo I'm maybe tempted by the normal Muff instead. Had one before and it still definitely nails those tones pretty well (helps having other fanboy gear).Shimmer wrote:Me too - I love that sound. Cool video too - great to watch him play.
