So, Friedman BE-OD acquired. Still interested in the Chase Bliss, but now I have new GAS for a Pigtronix Infinity looper... :lol:

BTW, the BE-OD has far too much gain! I had to turn the internal gain trimpot down to about 8 o'clock to make it usable for my liking (and the gain knob on top is under 1/4 way).

Indeed, it would feed back like a bastard. Which would probably sound better than me trying to play jazz.

I've got no idea why he decided to make that control a trimpot instead of making it a knob on the exterior of the enclosure. adjusting the trimpot makes such a difference.

You're very close to Peterson Auto Museum. I highly recommend it...and go at the times they can show you the storage area where they hold the cars not on display presently.
