BTW, the BE-OD has far too much gain! I had to turn the internal gain trimpot down to about 8 o'clock to make it usable for my liking (and the gain knob on top is under 1/4 way).

I've got no idea why he decided to make that control a trimpot instead of making it a knob on the exterior of the enclosure. adjusting the trimpot makes such a difference.Conway wrote:BTW, the BE-OD has far too much gain! You're very close to Peterson Auto Museum. I highly recommend it...and go at the times they can show you the storage area where they hold the cars not on display presently.
