Yes I was and still am, we had a bunch of businesses up there. They all grew out of the space and we remained. Oh and they all became multimillionaires, I unfortunately didn't. Wow you remember the pick guard.

I have a very weird capacity for remembering trivia but the pick guard is not trivia.

I regretfully sold that pick guard and have kept a lazy eye out for another as it looked rather good on my copper Telecaster.
