I prefer not to mess around with batteries anyway, so that's all good.

Pedal posts are fine, if it was a "new pick day" thread some eyebrows may have been raised...
Well there goes my next thread topic out the window.
You've had your eyebrows raised?
Reading this forum? All the damn time.

Well it's that or shave them. Why do we men, when getting longer in the tooth as we are, need sodding great tree trunk eyebrows sprouting out of our face?
The older I get, the more disappointed in myself I become.

I get my barber to give mine a trim when I get my hair cut.

It's always a happy day for me when Hamo gets a new toy, few people deserve it as much!

Thanks JB, what a nice thing to say. I'm quite excited by this, it's my first reverb pedal (not counting the various incarnations of PODs I've owned).

Happy New Pedal Day.

I've had a circular journey when it comes to verbs.

From start to end: (Actually, it's the end as of current date....I have no doubt it will change)

EHX Nano Grail
Boss FRV1
Digitech RV7
T-Rex Tone bug Reverb
Digitech Polara
Flint
Wet V3
EHX Nano Grail
Slate
Flint

Also had a boss me50 and Line 6 M9 somewhere through there.

I sort of feel I've come full circle as the Flint I sold is the Flint I bought back.

There's something about the Flint.

Learning how to use it properly has proven to be a good thing.

Mild throbbing tremolo combined with the 70's plate is luscious.

Does ambience nicely for the shoe gazers if so inclined and the slap back and all points leading to ambience are available.

To give you an idea of signal chain:

Electric Guitar > OD/Distortion > Flint > Amp.

Acoustic > Flint > Amp.

If you ever want to borrow and have a play, all cool for that.

Cheers! That's a couple of offers to loan a Flint I've had now, which blows my mind about this place. "Hey, borrow my several hundred dollars worth of pedal". I am going to put Flint-lust on the back-burner for now, and get to grips with the HoF in the short term. I will probably look for another trem too, when funds allow. But since all my gear is at my parents' house until I get my housing situation sorted, I can only sit and look at any pedal in my possession. :(

Although from photos I'm pretty sure this isn't an issue for you, but for the blokes in my particular hair growth camp, I get all this new bloody hair growing everywhere I don't want it, yet the top of my head? Yeah nah, we can stop doing that now...

Between you and me BG, I think it's a fairness deal. We're both bloody good looking guys for our age, so our genetics are just giving the others a chance for some attention.
