New firmware update is out.

New Features (Firmware 2.70)

Marketplace support—Marketplace is a new online destination that lets users purchase presets and impulse responses created by select third-party content gurus. From the lower left-hand corner of HX Edit, click "My Account" and then choose "Get More Presets..." or "Get More IRs..."

Three New Tuner Types—From the Tuner page, turn the Type knob to choose between "Fine" (color-changing needle tuner with fine tuning bar), "Coarse" (color-changing needle tuner with no fine tuning bar), and "Strobe".

Back to the subject at hand, have you gone LT? Does it have enough juice to do an fx - amp - cab chain? Given I doubt I’d ever tax the Helix dual channels I’m wondering if an LT would be plenty for my needs...

Ok, I did some searching prior to switching and I thought I was correct :
The LT supports all signal chains that the Helix and Helix Rack do with the only caveat being it has less physical ins and outs. There’s only one stereo FX Loop (two mono) on the LT compared to the two stereo (four mono) on the Helix and Rack. There’s also no Aux In jack or Mic input on the LT. It has the same processing power, though.
