Had it looked over/serviced by Rectified Amps here in Wellington and it really sings. The cab came with some weird non original speakers so it's now sporting a Jensen C12Q and a Weber Alnico Signature 12s (thanks Bender!). I've also acquired the missing piggyback hardware so I can tilt it back safely. Sounds fantastic!

That is indeed...the story.
Congrats

first one lasted about 3 months then the usb failed so I couldn't use for audio, upload IR's or upgrade firmware. I carried on using it for a couple of weeks longer then it just failed to boot up. It would go through the motions but the screen never lit up.

second one worked for a week, then the usb failed. Carried on using for a couple of weeks with no other issues, but well.... it takes the shine off as I love every other aspect of it.

Was thinking of getting another given how cool I found the first. Might be a rabbit hole I do not want to go down now.
Fingers crossed things pan out a bit better this time around.

How long did it last? One firmware update. USB cable plugged in twice - turned off before plugging in and unplugging. Now no usb :( ffs. It is cool but if I can't transfer IR's too it then it may as well be in the bin.

Going to ask for a refund and have a rethink. I have bias amp and bias fx. I don't play out at the moment, probably more gear than I need in this box.

Wow... I'm guessing 3 faulty units is enough grounds for a refund?
