OK. Well, that didn't go well. Chris has run the amp up to Steve's place for me. They've plugged it into an EV to give it a go and, to use Steve's words: Crackle, Smoke...

Not the end of the world. Chris is getting ace Dunedin tech Danny to fix it (GC Steve is handling that). Once it's fixed I'm still hoping to buy it.
