I'd just like to thank the collective enablers. This, with a very healthy discount, now on the way:

Aaaaand..... invoice paid. Time for the midnight sweats and buyer's remorse.
Feck it. At my age and station in life I think I deserve a wee treat now and again.

Yeah I checked out TV Jones website and they list them at 150 usd each. With freight and GST sting it adds up. Might ask my sister to bring them with her when she comes over this summer.Frey wrote:I'm sure you would. Remember these cost me 600+

That's goddam beautiful. Been playing my cheap Takamine a lot lately and wondering how much better a really good acoustic would be. Would I appreciate or recognise the difference etc. Maybe I should just avoid that rabbit hole all together.codedog wrote:Thanks to olegmcnoleg...

To be honest I never thought I'd notice the difference, until I played with other acoustic instruments, and accompanied a singer. It really stuck out, to me at least.Molly wrote:That's goddam beautiful. Been playing my cheap Takamine a lot lately and wondering how much better a really good acoustic would be.
