combos are a ok, but get heavy as one ages. they are a pain to lug about.
even my Marshall 1X12 combo has huge wheels, don't sit on it! it will fall over

There are still some that think the neck PU is moved to accommodate the extra frets which only proves they cannot detect the difference in length of each.

The mids are way less confused than the 50.el byrdo wrote:I personally loved my classic 30. Takes pedals well. Never required work...
Advantage of the classic 20 is that its as light as a feather, its what everyone played before boutique/artisan evolved.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Bought the Albion comes on the 27th. Haven't bought the vox yet coz there's another option that came up. Vox ac15 white limited with creamback and marshall class 5 head and cab with volume mod...Single coil wrote:Have you bought both them yet?

Class 5 are ok. played one a few weeks ago. it was a nice one, not really sure of the various models but it sounded ok. wasn't playing it with a drummer tho

Class 5 is a one trick wonder, turn it up in a large space and it sounds AMAZING!!

They are pretty average. Ac30 112 > ac15, too.

First rollout for example suffered a nasty rattle. Sorted in second rollout. Also they’re just not very good amps. Sure tone is subjective blah blah but I’ve not heard one sound good before.

Desktop fan in ac30
The ac30 212 I’m taking care of doesn’t seem to like neck pickups very much.
