LOL well the first L2T was reliable, it just had a faulty fan from the factory.... new one has been flawless, such a great unit, can use it for so much more than just amplifying my guitar :)

Yeah, but where's the passion?
:shifty:
Beyond a critical point within a finite space, freedom diminishes as numbers increase. This is as true of humans as it is of gas molecules in a sealed flask. The human question is not how many can possibly survive within the system, but what kind of existence is possible for those who so survive.

Firstly, huge thanks to GC Steve (Dharmajester) for rendezvousing with the seller of this amp on my behalf last week and then driving north to meet me for a drug-dealer-like Marshall / Mesa trade at a secret location in Timaru earlier today. Great that the GC quotient outweighs the just plain c**t quotient on this forum by about 1000:1

So, besides a few bits I can't be arsed to photograph, this is my 'rig'. Dr Z 'Z-Best' 212 ported cab and Mesa Royal Atlantic RA-100 head.

I've so far just set it on the first factory setting and quietly played a Strat through it in the garage. Haven't looked at the power-soak feature (of which there are three) and how this influences attack etc. So, can't really offer a 'review' as such but the little I heard I liked immediately.

It seems to offer a lot for what I paid and it's mint so I'm happy. It's the top of this 'Trans-Atlantic' series which is supposed to mean Fender clean and Marshall drive channels. Well, based on my wee run through, even if it's just an approximation of each I'm happy.

The amp and cab actually look like a tidy visual pairing too, which is a welcome plus
