Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

Hmmm, intriguing. The 12 obviously signifies something... released in December? or maybe a 12 button full size floor unit?

Yea hoping 12 switches, increased DSP, other cool features. They have the affordable market cornered, now they looking to compete with Helix/AX8?

damn straight, and I have all my footswitches catered for with a whopping big FCB1010

Oooh an amplifire with better effects and switching options would be a potential upgrade for me!

You got the FCB1010 doing the Wah on the Amplifire BG?
I just got a FCB1010 for my one today and I don't know where to start getting it to do it...suppose I'll have to resort to reading manual...

first thing is get a uno chip or similar! then get the software that goes with it... seriously its a mission without.

I did set mine up before without that, but it wasn't easy and I swore that I'd never do it again ;)

Looks interesting! I wonder if its something that goes with the Amplifire or if it is a new unit entirely. The Amplifire hasn't been around that long and they haven't fixed the bugs in it yet (seems like so many people were having weird issues in the FB group).

yeah recommended, cost about 30 bucks iirc. and about the same for the software. Just makes it so much easier. with the chip it means you can set a row to stompbox mode so its like on/off for effects, then the other row for patches.

Give me a shout if you get stuck and I'll try and remember how I set mine up for software originally
