Good to hear! I still have an MPC 18-watt Marshall clone head and it seems solid.

I had a Princeton Reverb clone, sounded great. Only negative was a cheap looking glued on faceplate which started to come away at the edges.

A mate has a Marshall 900 clone and he is not very happy with the sound. Any recommendations on a Marshall crunch small combo in the $4-5 hundred range? Second hand naturally. Tiny Terror?

Post a picture of it. Wonder if it’s my old one.

I bought one of their amps recently from my music teacher, not entirely sure on the model or anything, but it definitely sounds amazing! If anyone has any info on this amp that would be greatly appreciated.

I'd be interested to know what it sounds like with the volume all the way up and your guitar dimed also.

I think from memory that was a take on a Princeton Reverb but with EL84s instead of 6V6, I contemplated buying one a few years back but wasn't sure EL84s would do it.

Having said that I have owned the MPC 5 watt Princeton for the last 8 or so years and it sounds great. Mike (not Mike Clayton of around here) put in a voicing switch to give normal, treble cut and bass cut, the little fella is great for around home.

But alas, since getting the Mike Clayton 5E3 with BG cab, my other 3 amps are gathering dust :D
