How do you find the bound edge where a jag would usually have a cutaway?
Feels more like a 335 than a Jazzmaster but not too bad.

That looks great. Finally ended up in the off-set family myself.

Looks awesome. Is there enough break angle over the bridge? Might to shim the neck?

Grant did an angled neck pocket but I could always shim if needed.

I quibbled over that issue for ages. The duesenberg trem seems to put the strings high off the body, so to have a higher break angle meant the bridge was also high off the body and seemed a bit "flimsey".

And yeah, the pocket is angled to help.

First attempt at the rub on stain, colour is looking spot on to what I wanted, might need to sand a little bit to feather it on some more.

While the stain is drying I couldn’t help myself from trying out a couple of pickguard considerations.
What do people reckon? Might go white pearloid for the pickguard colour but what shape?

This Novo guitar was the inspiration for my colour.

I was half joking, but I know it's been done before. That's where bigsby works well, low string take off point. The Duesey trems work so well though... work of art they are.
