Always impressed! Well done.

That looks gorgeous. If you don't mind me saying... i think kauri pickup rings would look even better
When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.

Re: Number 20
thanks guys, Im pretty happy with this one.
Jeremy, these are Gotoh Magnums
The original plan was to use brass topped tuners from GFS but the mountings have the screw angled out to the side and they wont fit my peghead. Im contemplating making the peghead wider.....
and Jvpp...I dont disagree
I do like the look of the clear...but I love wooden rings too --
they are a bitch to make! - I struggle to make identical rings free hand...so i prefer to get the basic shape laser cut or CNC'd, then just tidy and polish. I should get a bunch done in different woods....

Nice work! Loving the obvious skill and attention to detail. What's the scale length/radius?

Re: Number 20
this is 25" and 12" radius. I pretty much use this all the time.Cdog wrote:Nice work! Loving the obvious skill and attention to detail. What's the scale length/radius?
FWIW this one has a rounded C with a bit of heft to it...like a chunky Gibson. I thought it felt big the first time I played it but now I like its comfort.
