MESA Recto 2 x 12 Dimensions and plans.

Hi guys.
While 4 x 12 is fun. I need a 2 x 12 fo a more practical setup. I'm just going to mod the 4 x 12 in to a 2 x 12 and sell off a couple of the V30's. I haven't been able to find what I would consider a reliable plan for the recto 2 x 12. Does anybody have any plans or a recto they want to measure up?

What sort of 4x12 do you have? If its a name brand seems a waste to cut it up? You could build something from scratch?

What about putting a divider inside the cab to make it into a couple of vertical 2x12"s? Stereo!

Its already partitioned and switchable. I want to take up less room.

Its an Ibanez Themionic 4 x 12. Not a high in-demand cab while being built better than most. Its a great base for a build.

I would but its a slanted cab and its partitioned vertically. I need to horizontal.

Dimensions are all over but I need more, interior specs etc. Being closed back I need it to be spot on.

Does the DSL fit on top now? Cut it in half horizontally, cut the bottom panel off, reattach it to the bottom of the slant section. boom! horizontal slant 2x12 so the speakers arent pointed at your shins.

Yeah... gutted. Shipping to Dunedin would be a bomb.
I have pretty much everything I need here, just missing the method. Been researching pretty hard last night though. Seems to be a little more straight forward than first anticipated.
