Looks good! I've done a fuzz and a boost on veroboard, both worked well. I never bothered to put them in boxes though, as they were not that amazing to listen too

I prefer perf to vero -- a bit more work, but you don't have to worry about wankerous shorted tracks that are not cut properly.

Re: Convince me not to jump.
Still working on the Tremulus Lune, I overestimated how hard the electronics would be and grossly underestimated how long it would take me to paint the enclosure. So far it's been: priming, drying, painting, drying, getting impatient and stuffing it up, stripping everything, priming, drying, painting and drying. I still have the hand painting, drying, finishing coats and drying to go. I definitely learned a lot along the way.

just cut the tracks properly and you're good sharp drill and a sharp knife and bob's your knob.alanp wrote:I prefer perf to vero -- a bit more work, but you don't have to worry about wankerous shorted tracks that are not cut properly.

Re: Convince me not to jump.
Finished the handpainting tonight. Not happy with the words but I'm happy enough to let it go and put the clear coat on now. In the future I'll definitely use stencils. I'm terrible at painting letters.
