Have to admit to being a bit envious of how dark that fretboard is. Mines a visual trifle by comparison. Not that I should be comparing.
Larrivee 00 Acoustic. FAV Strat for electric. Ibanez SDGR5 for bass. Push for Ableton. When not doing that, 3D CAD for tunnels...

That looks rather 'delicious'! The only relicing I noticed was the split guard at one of the screws.
When faced with quality, I recognise it every time.

You know, I've not yet been to an Auckland Gearfest. Might be about time...

Many of the boards were very dark back then

yes back in the days when youtube embedding was a dark art and we had images taken by cameras less than 2 megapixel...
