I should make you some sort of quick tag thing, you could post your stuff in your sig, updating every hour, and you could use [mystuff] in a post and it would grab the sig post...Molly wrote:Meant 'taking' of course. oh never mind, its easy from my end, but an administrative nightmare from your end without a barcode reader scanning your deliveries in and out.
Just say you'll be bringing stuff and nonsense.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Its not about gear changing, its about motivation and having a chat with people from here - usually they provide the motivation in real lifemttn3 wrote:I don't know if I'll come along. My gear hasn't changed and actually i have barely picked up a guitar lately I've gotta get motivated and stuff.
Never ever feel obliged to take gear! or bring gear or brought gear etc

I haven't thought about it too much yet. Any requests? I'll probably bring the black strat whats better than every other proper strat cause it needs an outing.

Good point, the talking will probably be really good. Also lots of tones. I don't actually know anyone who plays anything in real life so i have none of that interaction to keep me interested; I really do need to come along and get inspired by people enjoying playing. Hey Reg! What will be the rule with our choice of libations at your church? No alcohol? A quiet drink? 12 pack of codys, getting slain in the spirit?
All good whatever the rules are.

At a guess though I’d say probably no alcohol but I’ll ask anyway.

Re: Christchurch Gearfest November 2017
It is absolutely fine if no alcohol is the rule. I kind of feel bad that this is a question you might ask. Shall we just make the rule none?Reg18 wrote:Good question, I never actually asked those things.kdawg2a wrote:Hey Reg! What will be the rule with our choice of libations at your church? No alcohol? Yeah I think let’s just make the rule no alcohol, I got the impression I was already pulling some favours so don’t want to push it.kdawg2a wrote:It is absolutely fine if no alcohol is the rule. If I can't drink beer I might have to play my guitar! Oh dear!

They haven’t asked for a donation but I guess it wouldn’t hurt as a kind gesture.jeremyb wrote:Reg should we bring the usual $5 koha for teh church?
