Loose feelings about this, especially the 'looks like a Strat, why bother' stuff. Yeah, I agree the distinct lack of innovation (apart from body cuts at the front) doesn't exactly scream 'new ideas', but then again a Suhr S is practically a strat with a droopy nose. But I know which ones I still own...and its not a Fender. You can do someone else's great idea better, so I guess until these are out and well-reviewed we'll not know how successful the whole thing is.

There are still some that think the neck PU is moved to accommodate the extra frets which only proves they cannot detect the difference in length of each.
