Re: PRS Silver Sky
That headstock just looks so wrong on a strat body!

Re: PRS Silver Sky
lame, comes with a gig bag and ehem no mention of the scale length. 25.3/8ths I think John Mayer said on Periscope. now where's my spittin jar
There are still some that think the neck PU is moved to accommodate the extra frets which only proves they cannot detect the difference in length of each.

I read it twice and must have missed it.
I`m not convinced to be honest.
Imo:
Pros: I really like the headstock.
Cons: no back plate. come on, tone is in the back plate.

I'll got two or three kicking around home for a strat you can have for nothing, dust and cobwebs are no extra charge!mrmofo wrote:Terexgeek wrote:"Bolt-On 25.5” Maple Neck w/ 7.25” Fretboard Radius"

Re: PRS Silver Sky
aww dude, thank you but I have strats in bits and one with no strings. I have one that I LOVE and will never sell.
I don't know why I`m commenting on this thread so much.
I would take the silver one over an EG. if I had the choice of course, Tahiti looks nice, now where's the soap

Re: PRS Silver Sky
I would probably wait for the SE edition, but that's me.
Note it's released as a signature model, so if it dies on it's arse, it remains a signature model. If they sell like warm, sweet baked goods, then wager your buttocks it will enter the range permanently.
A Masterclass for Gibson on how to sell music instruments, particularly instruments to a very conservative market.
