NGD - MIJ Ibanez RG 450AH
Yay!
Scored this as a project from Samthebogan.
Its a 1999 MIJ RG450AH. It has the original wizard neck, the MIJ Lo TRS (not the turrible TRS2) and an Ash body. I've just finished refurbishing it and have given it a complete rewire and setup. Ran with the purp PG for now and SD Blackouts. It plays beautifully if you like the feel of a wizard (slim profile) neck.
Thanks Sam!

Wow, that looks cool... and I'm not really a pointy guitar type...
What's with the one black saddle? Kinda gives it a thnaggle-toofed look...

Haha, it came with a busted saddle. They are really difficult to track down and harder again to find in chrome due to the saddles having different sizings etc. Found the black one in mint condition so grabbed it.codedog wrote:

I was kinda skeptical about a metallic purple scratchplate but you've pulled it off, looks good!
Bugger about the one black saddle. If it was on the low e string it could pull of a faux d-tuna look. Massive PITA to swap them around now though. Maybe next time

Yeah, cant swap'em though. They all numbered and positioned for fretboard radius. Was wanting to swap them all for black but the price tag.....well, I could've purchased a schaller FR for what it cost for all 6
