Mahogany? Have you seen the price? No, I just use a sheet of Corflute, preferably a real estate agent sign, screw it on and Stanley knife around the outside.

Oh, that is a good idea Grant. I've got an old '59 that could do with weight relieving. If I bring it round, can you route the back of that one for me too?
