I have a PT10, its a great pedal, just a bit larger than a boss (see my photos in my profile for a top down shot of a PT10 next to a Boss pedal)

http://nzguitars.com/forum/album_pic.php?pic_id=650

Annoyingly the DC input jack is on the side which pisses me off a bit (the daisy chain I have doesn't quite have enough distance to go around the side for the very next one, luckily i'm not using all of them).

Also it doesn't have a big read out for the note, just little tiny led lights next to little tiny letters for each note. I've read reviews on HC where gigging guitarists say this is a pain.

I believe the PT100 rectifies this & has a nice big readout for the note. I found a picture of a PT100 here & you can see the side mounted DC jack:

I also sometimes find that it takes a couple of strums for the bass E to get it to pick up, but this is only every now & then? Not sure why that is.

Other than that its done everything I wanted it to do, cost me about £28 delivered off ebay (brand new with battery) so I'm pretty happy.

Thanks, mate. Do you also have a Boss pedal you could hold back to back for a size comparison? The reason is - I have a Boss pedal case which only accepts Boss pedals and the Fender one just looks a tad bigger and may not fit (Ibanez pedals don't fit).

If I put a boss CE-3 back to back with it, and have the top & left hand side flush on each, then the fender is about 12mm wider & about 8mm longer.

Having said that, in terms of being longer, the screw on the boss pedal extends out to be as long as the fender, though the pedal case you have could not care about that & could still restrict by the size of the base (As the screw for boss pedals is "far away" from the base.

The width looks like it could be an issue though

I haven't found the readout to be a problem, but then again I don't use different tunings much so as long as the middle green led lights up I'm happy, I can imagine it being a complete pain in the arse if you wanted to switch to open G tuning quickly. I can check the size tonight if you want? Currently having a latte in the city on my way to a clients.

The only problem I would say, is the flimsy switch - TMG had problems with this, not the most robust pedal in the world but easy enough to operate.
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Thanks offender & BG. It seems like it won't fit. I don't really need a tuner, but I had one spare slot... you know what we're like... gotta fill those slots!! :)

Got a bit too expensive for my budget :? I just bought a Korg DT-10 last week. Damn impressive piece of gear so far (as far as you can be impressed with a tuner). Feels very solid, and may in fact be made of metal  It even tunes really well, and doesn't suck tone  Got it for $149 at MusicWorks.

My present tuner cannot suck tone at all. It just clamps onto the headstock and senses the vibration.
