Re: Xotic NGD (and rather loving it)
most of the adds for xotic guitars state quarter sawn necks, if you look at the flame and the grain it is not so obvious to me. they converge in an interesting way.
I simply made a comment posed as a question, your reply was not at all helpful or correct. (altho it does look flat sawn) dug in/wrong n strong
feelings hurt, no apology.
you obviously have it in for me because I questioned the new PRS cost saving devices built into the new USA line up. scarf joints, maple necks possibly made in Korea, Korean Bridges etc.
but as you said, these are obvious improvements. new is better etc etc.
I have no time for liars

There are still some that think the neck PU is moved to accommodate the extra frets which only proves they cannot detect the difference in length of each.

Jesus, an arsehole, and paranoid. My answer was correct and meant to be helpful. It was not meant aggressively or arrogantly. Unlike your response.mrmofo wrote:most of the adds for xotic guitars state quarter sawn necks, if you look at the flame and the grain it is not so obvious to me. they converge in an interesting way.

Also, your comments about PRS relate to the Silver Sky model, not all USA models. And I'm not bothered by them, despite what you may think.

you came across like the "help" spilt Port on your Cuban.
There are still some that think the neck PU is moved to accommodate the extra frets which only proves they cannot detect the difference in length of each.

actually it`s not only the Silver Sky, all models except "Core" as far as I could tellConway wrote:Also, your comments about PRS relate to the Silver Sky model, not all USA models. And I'm not bothered by them, despite what you may think.

Re: Xotic NGD (and rather loving it)
usually flame shows best when it`s quarter sawn. hence my confusion.
have a good day.
