In my defence I lost a large number of posts during one of the server crashes...

But yeah, it's hard to keep up with Molly's NEverythingDs. :mrgreen:

To be fair, I don't usually bother with a NGD unless it's something a bit groovy.

Had a great couple of hours on the London Pro today. Bloody great. Put The Dude into it at one point but decided I just liked the guitar straight in to the amp.

Mind's clicking away now thinking: "Well, I guess I don't really need that Marshall or Boogie now..." And so it continues. :-)

Fitted the Jess Loureiro pickups to the Radian Tele. Fairly straight forward, had to open up the pickup aperture in the pick guard a little and drill it for the mounting screws. Went back to a 3 way switch too. The middle position appears to be out of phase despite following the wiring guide he supplied. I may fix that later. pretty cool sounds though, nice and thick for a Tele but still spanky and no harsh top end.

Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...

You can rewerse the bridge pick-up wires to make the neck in phase....

You can rewerse the bridge pick-up wires to make the neck in phase....

no you can't because the bridge pickup earths the bridge via its copper base plate, you have to reverse the neck pickup.

lol, I miss the Gin Fox.
Tube amp and guitar tones straight from 1958… amazing how believable the sounds were back then, even without the modellers...
