I did have a yarn to the bloke. It ended up being $70 delay vs. $250 custom build.
I’ll get there one day.

So old setup(still have), Marshall Guv'nor and Pitchblack:

And new setup:

I usually use headphones so the Firehawk means no need to use the amp which has dodgy pots and maybe speaker...

New pedal board, might kick off the phase 90 to add my TC electronic BLD and Analogman beano boost and need to find somewhere to put a mini Tuner, above the dm-2 or mount it on top of another pedal, anyone have ideas on this?

Current acoustic board.
Pedalboard-July-2018.jpg
It's set with the effects (TS-9 and M5) in parallel using the tuner's two outputs and the PZ-Pre's two inputs. Means I can blend the pure acoustic signal in with a bit of chorus/delay/reverb from the M5 and not sacrifice tone. The TS-9 is on there just cos there was space. The little TB looper is just being used as a mute for the FX chain. I can also mute the dry signal with the tuner.

In a post that got lost in the crash I asked about why the nice smooth sound of my home-built fuzz pedal changed when it was followed by my Boss pedals (when they were off). I knew nothing about buffered bypass etc, but have now fixed the problem with a little homebuilt true-bypass looper! (I need to fit an LED - I had none on hand). Really pleased with how it all works. Now I just need to put some rocket stickers on my fuzz. And upgrade my reverb. And replace those awful ashton white patch cables. And get a new amp. And more pedals...

Cheers Matt, it's my band-in-one-board board (the bass comes from an octave patch on the H9).

In amongst giving the board a slight shuffle, with the attempt at getting it a bit smaller again, without sacrificing any FX I need. Sold a few things, and have a few things on their way for the spaces. Bottom middle will be a DOD Fet boost for solo's. Top left next to the RV3 will be a Catalinbread Talisman plate reverb. I had been using the larger, great EHX Cathedral. Sounds great, but I only ever used the plate setting so it was slightly size/function overkill...
In the middle (just under the PP) will sit (sideways) a Boss PN-2. As well as the effect, it also means I can run a sort of Wet/Dry rig. The delay will still go to both, but the reverbs would only go to one amp.
Also, been trying to figure out how to get the third gain stage for a while. I wanted this particular HC to do both a light gain, and a slightly crunchier one, however this old one sounds different to later ones which ruled out running two (or a double HC) and they are very hard to find. So I'm hitting it with the DOD EQ, set flat, which just pushes it a bit harder again and.... voilà. It's basically like having two vintage HC's on there
Anyway, novel over. Looking forward to getting it all going!

Love those old Boss Tremelo-Pan pedals, they sound mint. I'm surprised they haven't reissued them.
So will you be running this in stereo then?

Yeah, I thought that too. Maybe they still will at some point!
Honestly, as much as I'd love to run two amps more often I'll probably still generally run with one amp for the most part, but it gives me the option when it's viable at a gig I guess!
