Watched that a couple of days ago, funny that he knows absolutely nothing about guitars but seems to be able to control that monstrous pedalboard haha
What about the awkward silence when Daniel from the gigrig / that pedal show was mentioned!!

Ahhhh it was Daniel! When I was typing my post I was going to comment on how there was zero reaction from John when Steven dropped his name, but I couldn’t remember who it was that he mentioned.

Haha, I honestly think John had no idea of who he was which seems somewhat surprising. Either that or he’d just temporarily switched off while Steven was talking and missed what he said ?!

That Tele is awesome, or as the guitar tech/stand-in guitarist would say, "insane"
Must admit though I would prefer to have heard Adam's Dual Rec/Mark V setup

Just had this link come through on Facebook about Frank Zappa's live/studio guitar rig

https://emeapp.org/2019/08/14/frank-zap ... ok-inside/

Dweezle has been recording impulses etc. with the Fractal Audio team to use on the road the bring an authentic sound to some of Franks old stuff like Hot Rats.

There's a bit of a write up here, and a youtube video.

Thanks for that, was a cool watch. Liked how it was clean and not draped in gain, probably a bit gutsier to do if you're trying to learn something in front of a camera for the first time. But yeah, both great players; I really liked what Mark was playing towards the end, all just flowed so well
