It's a great instrument.
probably because you only need one per band and they can be programmed by a machine along with a few keyboard fills and a drummer

It is a great instrument. I wish I could play it, and guitar. Sigh.

Jumped earlier on an SX p bass on facebook - got it for a song, picked up within the hour. Doesn't look like its ever been played. Needs flatwounds which will cost as much as the bass did ;)

I've got a lot of time for the SX range, the fret ends on this are sharp and nasty but nothing 20 mins with file/emery/polish won't sort. Been after a cheap P for awhile and this will fit the bill - I love the SX LP I have and I've got at least 2 necks that are really really good!
So, is that low alcohol or no alcohol at all? mmmm, no alcohol, do you want to try it? Noooooooooo.

Tomorrow, just finished the fretwork - took longer than the anticipated 20 mins lol.... It is playing well now. May need to put a shim in the neck, the bridge is way higher than I like. Otherwise - it feels like a P, looks like a P and sounds like a P :)

It looks like this....

I may redo the headstock, but I may not :)

This is quite interesting, been looking at fancy overdrives / preamps for bass and then I found quite a few people raving about the Joyo guitar preamps, I'm gonna grab the american one, it sounds really good to my ears!

Picked this up today, rock bass corvette, made by warwick, really neat, thought it was active, but it's actually passive so kinda happier with that!
