Ric neck pickup replacement

Post by StrummersOfThunder »

Any suggestions for a top mount ric 330 neck pup replacent
The one on my 80s 330 is it's only real weak point . Bit dark and flubby and weakfish.
Functions ok with the bridge pup but on its own as a neck pickup it's average
Cheers

could try moving it up and down, lowering it could reduce the amount of Ric you hear.
There are still some that think the neck PU is moved to accommodate the extra frets which only proves they cannot detect the difference in length of each.
